Auto spray machines...
RJB Coatings have various automatic spray machines, designed to apply coatings to linear products such as cladding, skirting, doorframes and glazing beads for example.
Many of the major timber companies in the UK utilise our services and have all their machined timber treated with various finishes.
Makor - Priming line . This automatic spray machine was installed to cater for all acrylic-priming requirements. We apply self-knotting primer to an average 8000 linear meters every day. Because this machine neatly sprays a high build coating to 1 face and 2 edges each pass, we can cater for double sided mouldings such as skirting boards. All timber is primed on all four sides with a perfect primed surface. This machine also applies exterior cladding coatings in any RAL, BS colour or stain & lacquered.
