RJB Coatings offer all types of priming for all types of timber components.

Linear items can be processed through our priming machine and boards, panels and doors will be primed manually.

Our most common acrylic primer has a knotting agent added to prevent resin exudation. The acrylic primer is suitable for interior or exterior use and provides a good sound base ready for onsite finishing.

This type of priming is environmentally friendly and any excess over spray is caught inside a vat and re-used. Unlike brush coating machines and vacuum coaters, RJB Coatings automatic priming line takes seconds to set up and can prime various intricate detailed mouldings in seconds without the need to make jigs for each shape of moulding, saving time and money along the way.
